Welcome to the Terms of Service for Fucking Original. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of my (Fucking Original's) website, located at https://fuckingoriginal.net.

By accessing this website, I assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not purchase any services from Fucking Original, or continue using the website https://fuckingoriginal.net if you do not agree to all of the terms of service stated on this page.

Definitions:

For the purpose of these terms of service:

'the website' refers to https://fuckingoriginal.net

'I' refers to myself, the owner and operator of the Fucking Original and Fucking Original Photography brands, which exist within FO Private Consultancy (HMRC registration pending as of 12/07/2023).

'Client' refers to service users, including users of the website, and users of the services offered by Fucking Original in return for money or trade.

'Aftercare' refers to the time period after the culmination of a BDSM session while the client is still within the vicinity. This period of time may be used for gathering feedback, and/or maintaning intimacy with a client to aid in the emotional recovery from a session (e.g. providing drinks and snacks to increase blood sugar level, cuddling, talking). Aftercare is tailored to each clients needs, and may differ greatly between clients.

'Negotiation' refers to the consultation just before a BDSM session, in which myself and the client discuss a variety of topics related to their fetish and BDSM interests. It also refers to any online, phone, or in-person discussions that may have occurred prior to the consultation.

Cookies:

The website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing Fucking Original, you agreed to use the required cookies.

A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

We may use cookies to collect, store, and track information for statistical or marketing purposes to operate the website. You have the ability to accept or decline optional Cookies. There are some required Cookies that are necessary for the operation of our website. These cookies do not require your consent as they always work. Please keep in mind that by accepting required Cookies, you also accept third-party Cookies, which might be used via third-party provided services if you use such services on our website, for example, a video display window provided by third parties and integrated into our website.

Risk and Consent:

By accepting any services from Fucking Original, you acknowledge that no BDSM activity is without risk to physical and psychological health, and agree to take on those risks that are relevant to the activities outlined in your 'session interests' section of the application form accessible from https://fuckingoriginal.net/apply-to-play, as well as any additional activities agreed upon verbally or in writing prior to and during any BDSM sessions, during any negotiation or aftercare.

Fucking Original does not claim that its activities are 100% safe or without risk. I, as a professional dominant, work to mitigate the risk of unwanted bodily harm to the best of my abilities, but it is not possible to remove this risk completely. By accepting my services, you take on responsibility for your own safety, and accept the possibility of bodily harm as a result of my services. Please contact me for any additional questions or queries surrounding the risk profile of individual activities.

In the event that a client has a physical or psychological injury and attributes it to my services, please contact me as a first response. I am not a trained medical professional, however I am aware of the risks associated with specific activities, and may be able to help determine the cause. Many issues, such as an anal tear, only require rest (in most cases) to improve. Please seek the advise of a medical professional if you require any additional support.

I maintain use of the word 'RED' as a safeword. For sessions in which the client is unable to say the safeword, for example if they are gagged, an alternative non-verbal safe action will be agreed upon. This action may vary depending on the session activities and the client.

By accepting my services, you confirm that you understand what the safeword or safe action is, and its role within a session. Saying 'RED' at any point during the session indicates to me, as a dominant, that you want to stop the session. I will respond by stopping activities and checking on your welbeing. There is no limit as to the reason or frequency of your use of the safeword or safe action. The decision to continue with the session after a break must be mutually agreed upon.

Refunds and Disputes for goods:

A refund can be requested up to 14 days after purchasing any goods from Fucking Original's website, or in person, or in made through any other means. You may enquire about a refund after that time period, but a refund is not guaranteed.

This 14 day period does not cover the 25% deposit for services, which is non-refundable except in the special circumstances outlined in the 'Refunds and Disputes for services' section below.

Refunds and Disputes for services:

No refunds are offered on the initial 25% deposit paid upon booking, unless in the following special circumstances:

• The client requested services that I do not offer.

• The client accidently paid the deposit multiple times for one session.

• I accepted a client, and no longer wish to take them on.

• I accepted a session for a certain date and time, but I am no longer available during that time slot, and the client has no alternative dates and times in which they are available.

If a client thinks that any of these special circumstances applies to them, they should contact myself as a first response.

In the event that a client is unable to attend their session, they are expected to give notice as soon as possible once aware of their inability to attend. If notice is given promptly, and the client wants to rebook, they may not be charged a second deposit. The decision to not charge a deposit on the next session, or to charge a new deposit, or to disallow the client from booking a further session, is at my discretion.

In the case that a client finishes a session early of their own accord, no refund will be given for the first hour of play. Refunds on further time after the hour, or transfers of time to later sessions, are on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the reason for the request.

In the case that a client shows up either drunk, under the influence of any drug aside from medically necessary medication, or is otherwise acting in a disorderly manner, it is at my discretion to disallow them from entering the building and/or disallow them from booking any further sessions.

A client may only drink during aftercare to aid in their recovery from the session, with prior permission from myself. Any clients that turns up with alcohol with the intent of drinking before or during the session, will be reminded of this rule and asked to wait until after the session to drink.

A client is able to bring along any alcohol that is intended to be a gift for myself, although it should be acknowledged that I also will not drink before or during a session. A client that wants to drink socially can ask me out to a public place (e.g. bar) at a time that does not impact either of our sobrieties during the session (e.g. after the session ends). I am not obligated to accept any such requests or any gifts.

By accepting my services, you acknowledge that alcohol, drugs, and any drug aside from medically necessary medication is banned. This ban is in effect from the moment the client enters the premises, until the end of the BDSM session. You also understand that the consequences of breaking this rule may include being asked to leave the premises.

I am within my power to stop a session at any time and for any reason. Clients that are removed for disorderly conduct, or drug, or alcohol offences will not recieve a refund for any time lost.

For any disputes regarding payment or any other topic, clients should contact myself as a first response.

License:

Unless otherwise stated, Fucking Original and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Fucking Original. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Fucking Original for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Fucking Original

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Fucking Original

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Fucking Original

• Redistribute content from Fucking Original

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Fucking Original does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Fucking Original, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Fucking Original shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Fucking Original reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:
